Trauma was not something I understood until my mental health declined. By then my physical health was awful. Doctors were confused, my blood work was always normal yet I was suffering.
I was recommended to try reiki healing. And from there my life changed.
I started to deeply understand my body and its reactions. I learned about my trauma, the chakra system, dove into meditations and healing courses and even travelled to India in 2019.
My view on life has fundamentally shifted.
What is we are not broken? What is healing is always possible?
That is what I learned and continue to discover on my healing journey. Now I help my clients feel better too.
