In 2019 I started Reiki as a way of healing trauma and chronic pain, the after effects of my childhood surgeries. After my first session of reiki, I was anxiety free for three months. I started meditating and suddenly found all these tools to help myself with my mental and physical health. Since that time I became a certified reiki master, travelled to India, became a teacher online and have created so many courses and ebooks to help others heal too.
I have come to deeply understand my emotions, my nervous system, and my complex human body! Now I help others feel empowered to do the same. To thrive in life instead of survive.
